Head of Brand / Brand Manager
Report directly to: Chief Product Officer
Passionate about building strong brands, you will be responsible for the formulation of brand strategy, insights, and execution for an industry leader of its segment. This role brings an exciting opportunity to own and significantly reformulate the entire spectrum of the brand portfolio and its position in the market. You will be required to bring robust strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, and creative direction to this role.
What you will be responsible for:
Ownership of the brand function in the company.
Formulate and refine the brand strategy, positioning and value proposition for the company and its business units.
Develop strategic and tactical plans for increasing brand awareness and activation in a number of new global markets.
Formulate the approach on building brand advocacy from our existing customer base.
Development and management of brand assets - including brand, style and tone of voice guidelines, and other brand collaterals.
Working with the relevant Marketing functions planning and executing communications and media actions on various channels, including social media.
Collaborating with Product on new functionality and messaging, as well as new business opportunities.
Creating and managing promotional collaterals to establish and maintain product branding.
Competitor and customer insights analysis in relation to Brand.
What experience is required:
This is no junior position, strong experience is required in this domain area, and it is expected that your expertise is better than most in the market. You have done this before and are now looking to take your skills and experience to the next level.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in branding are with strong brands portfolio management in the past
Experience on international market, ability to manage big international projects
Outstanding leadership skills, ability to lead and motivate people & teams to contribute to common goals
Demonstrate strategic experiences beyond tactical implementation
Ability to drive and manage stakeholders on brand strategy
Broad experience in social media and online oriented consumer engagement
Excellent English, Russian or Asian languages as a plus
