Currently we are looking for a Business planning & reporting manager who will join our team in Limassol, Cyprus and ensure a high level of planning and execution of the corporate objectives and goals.

You will work closely with all the departments across Exness, including Technology, Marketing, Product, Support, and others to ensure the strategy is carried out throughout all activities.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Coordinate and fully facilitate company-wide business planning activities (quartelly, annually);
  • Coordinate regular business reporting process by providing support to the senior management team and ensuring that deadlines are met;
  • Escalate to senior management team any reported deviations from the plans agreed and help to plan the proper activities to adjust the plans;
  • Participate in any operational excellence activities, planning sessions, group meetings to ensure that operational goals and KPIs are aligned with corporate strategy;
  • Сommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding  planning and reporting processes to maintain transparency;
  • Ensure that both planning and reporting processes are properly documented and support continuous process improvements;
  • Cooperate closely with Business Intelligence, Finance and Strategy teams to align with strategic, financial and KPI management processes. 

 We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing planning and reporting  or project manager who has already worked with some operational/strategic projects in companies with global exposure;
  • Deep knowledge in KPIs management, reporting and operational excellence;
  • Knowledge of software development processes such as: research & development, software delivery, testing, business requirement creation and review, technical documentation, release management, corporate and finance processes;
  • Experienced with Agile methodologies, people focused, orientation on innovations;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to solve complex issues easily and deliver high quality results maintaining trustful relationships between people;
  • Good at planning, prioritizing and be able to work in unstructured environment;
  • Fluent English;
  • Previous experience in the FinTech industry will be an advantage.
