The Data analyst is responsible to conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. He/she will develop analysis and reporting capabilities & also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
The selected candidate will work with Media Buyers in the Digital team. He/she will report directly to the Head of Growth.
Develop, modify, and maintain data driven processes in the Business unit;
Provide accurate reporting in Datastudio, Tableau, Excel and other tools to show the data in formats useful to the product teams to assist them in decision making;
Perform analytics related to users attribution and lifecycle behaviour;
Deliver actionable, data-driven quantitative analyses in the Business unit;
General data analysis for projects;
Construct and check hypotheses and experiments based on data;
Analysis and improvement of the existing data processing algorithms.
Excellent data analysis skills (3-5+ years of BI/Analytics experience);
Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery and/or MetaBase major plus;
Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce insights;
Experienced in working with predictive modelling problems;
Familiar with paid channels, such as Google Ads and Facebook;
Experience working with databases, knowledge of SQL;
Being able to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis;
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple/simultaneous deadlines;
Able to adapt to constant requirement changes and produce fast solutions;
Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to speak and write in English
