The Senior Project Manager is the person who manages Global Strategic Initiatives (big projects and programs, covered overall Exness Group), distributes project management expertise across the organisation by coaching, mentoring and educating other employees.

 

Ideally we would like to find a professional that is experienced in managing technology projects (IT) and their cost, time and scope, etc.

This role is focused on coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Project manager’s responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business and management skills, analysis and technology. Our selected candidate should be an excellent communicator, a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control  project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans, manage project communications

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

Requirements:

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or engineering

  • Proven 3+ years of working experience in corporate project management (finance sector as an advantage)

  • Excellent internal communication, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

  • Experience in business process description, optimisation, and reengineering

  • Strong analytical skills / data analysis skills

  • Financial Markets and trading operations understanding as an advantage

  • Project Management certifications PRINCE2

  • Understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum framework)

  • Strategic mindset and ability to foresee upcoming opportunities and threats

  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
