Exness - a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager that will be able to manage the roadmaps and relations with payment solution providers and ensure business priorities are filled and payments operations are run according to the standard set.
The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus and the person will work closely with management team to ensure smooth business operations and progress.
Lead and manage payment solutions program to deliver the full scope of payments operations for businesses including Retail Forex and B2B solutions;
Lead payment solution strategy for Retail/B2B business development including roadmap, project plans, competitors analysis and etc.;
Establish and support transparent communication flow and expectations management during the program execution between key stakeholders: C-level, product management, customer support, risk management and payment solutions provider(-s);
Establish and lead the process to monitor clients financial transactions, collect data and make data analysis for further payment solution improvements;
Lead constant product (including UX/UI) improvements based on client feedback, regulations, technologies and innovations, data analysis and financial limitations;
Improve all clients related payments processes and ensure all process KPIs are met with zero exceptions;
Work with payment solutions providers and financial institutions in such markets as China, Asia, Africa and others to provide innovative and creative ideas to deliver service without breaks.
Proven 5+ years of experience in international payments solutions, banking or Fintech as program/product manager, payments director or other similar;
Previous experience in Forex, gaming, betting companies is a big plus;
In depth knowledge in payments, wire transfers, exchange, banking, financial regulations;
Deep knowledge of software development processes, business planning and operations, client support;
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure, within strict deadlines, with business risks and litigation;
