Exness, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking for an Office assistant to join our administrative team in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office 
  • Replace the office administrator whenever needed (during annual leaves, breaks, etc.) 
  • Ensure the premises are clean and tidy at all times including corporate flats 
  • Help organize and maintain the office common areas and conference rooms 
  • Managing filing system 
  • Assist other departments whenever needed (scanning, photocopying, filing) 
  • Maintaining and entering information into databases 
  • Assist with ordering office supplies, prepare detailed reports 
  • Input on projects or tasks related to office administration if needed 
  • Monitor and control the cleaning company services and quality 
  • Assist with any other related tasks whenever required 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proactive approach
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Communicability, stress resistance, responsiveness, organized
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Greek 
  • Russian as an advantage
  • Active computer user
