We are looking for a motivated professional to coordinate projects and process activities connected to the Legal and Regulatory Affairs team.
administration of projects and processes led by the department;
coordinate in other company projects where team members are involved;
the project and process management duties include project planning and coordination, project and process reporting, updating the project roadmaps, create and update process workflows, arranging assignments, and communicating and documenting events and progress;
responsibility in managing the projects management software for the team & supporting the use of such;
managing the team’s KPI’s and assisting in managing team performance management (administrating goals, initiatives and bonus plans);
following up on measures and goals reached, and to document such processes;
monitoring and reporting on the team budget and expenditure
The Assistant role is an administrative one and the actual project management will be performed by others.
In addition some general administration tasks will also be included. For example keeping track of team member schedules and agendas, taking meeting minutes, assisting in booking meetings and calls, do basic research, and to assist with proofreading, presentations, and document preparation. The role will also be responsible for the team intranet to make sure the information there is accurate and well maintained. Finally the role will be assigned to manage administration of the group employee share program, and to provide some admin functions in relation to GDPR.
Our selected candidate will be placed in Limassol, Cyprus and support an always growing team of Lawyers and Regulatory Affairs experts.
The requirements are:
A University Degree, BSc in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of working experience preferably as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
Hands-on experience with project management software
Experience from working with Word/Excel/PowerPoint (or similar) to draft and format presentations, basic financial projections, flowcharts, and technical documentation etc.
Solid organization and time-management skills
Excellent internal communication and written and verbal communication skills
Fluent written and spoken English skills
It is considered a plus:
Project Management certifications and PMP
Experience from CFD/FX sector
Proficiency in Russian language
