Exness, a leading foreign exchange company in the financial services field, is looking to hire an experienced banking field System Business Analyst to join our international team in Limassol, Cyprus. We have ambitious plans to move into the banking segment and the role will be one of the first positions in this area which we hope will become much larger in the coming years.
Exness is seeking a system business analyst to drive the following main lines:
Building a banking platform from scratch (or choose and implement the standard platform) as a functional architect and fit it into a dynamically developing technological, information and product environment. In this activity you will work closely with the Legal and Regulatory Affairs team, the Banking Development team, and the IT departments in order to:
elicit and document business and system requirements for an automated banking system/platform implementation,
define business processes for future implementation,
define work packages for the teams involved.
Working closely with the engineering team as a system business analyst to build a comprehensive data platform with different interfaces for data provisioning and a reporting system upon a data platform. We will expect you to:
Elicit system requirements to services/processes/APIs and document them;
Reports/dashboards building/analysis: analyze data sources, define limitations, define discrepancies;
Respond to ad hoc analysis and data provisioning requests.
3+ years of work as a QA experience or relevant 3+ years of system business analyst experience;
3+ years as banking business system analyst experience (inside a bank or in consulting company working with a banking field), good knowledge of banking systems architecture;
Good knowledge in SQL and query optimisation;
Strong communication skills;
Knowledge in PHP/Python is a nice to have option;
Effective planning, time management skills to manage deadlines;
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through;
And you obviously should like what you do and be systematic, active and have results-driven orientation (prioritizing, taking initiative, taking ownership).
