  • Identify gaps between business needs and current programs to provide recommendations that results in new innovative approaches
  • Create new and innovative ways to segment and target customers for new and upcoming initiatives
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Proactively seek out new channels for the local markets and have a yearly pipeline of programs to be tested.
  • Plan and coordinate initiatives to be tested over the year Orchestrating & implementing marketing programs (offline and online) Converting business requirements (compiling, drafting, submitting) into executable tasks
  • Managing the timelines and lifespan of programs and marketing tasks
  • Devising and presenting promotional ideas and plans to internal and external stakeholders
  • Vendor management for the programs
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including social media, paid ads, offline, content, design and localisation to drive traffic for the campaigns
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns by taking on the role of a project manager and ensuring that milestones are met in a timely manner
  • Monitoring performance and generating reports and insights on the performances of programs/ campaigns and how each of them supports the business key goals
  • Post-campaign reporting and confluence documentation

Job Requirements

● At least 3 years of Project management experience

● At least 2-3 years of experience handling loyalty programs or retention funnels.

● Prerequisite to have at least 1 year experience in working with either one of the following: Doubleclicks (Google360), Salesforce or any CRM platforms, Facebook Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, Unbounce.

● Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms

● Process oriented and strong problem-solving skills

● Marketing experience (online and offline)

● Pluses:

    ○ Digital Publisher / Platform background

    ○ Supported agencies needs in SEA (measurement, reporting standards, turnaround times

    ○ Ability to read and write in either thai, vietnamese or chinese

● Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal & written)

● Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making

● Process oriented and strong problem-solving skills

● Experience with the latest internet trends and technologies
