The Market making operations Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. Trading Support Engineer (Level 2) is an expert responsible for trading platform RUN which is supporting the core functions, maintaining components to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. As a source of unique knowledge and experience, Support Engineer (Level 2) also plays a crucial role in supporting all the teams within the Company to achieve ambitious goals together.


What are we looking for:


  • Experience in MetaQuotes trading products (MT4, MT5) administration, other relative products is a plus
  • Experience in supporting brokerage trading platforms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs & OTC products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Passion for knowledge, technologies and sophisticated systems 


Advantage would be:

  • Strong knowledge of the Company product
  • Solid technical or programming background


What you will be doing:

  • Supporting delivery of new features and components 
  • Resolving complicated inquiries related to the trading platform
  • Monitoring vital metrics ensuring the highest quality of service
  • Identifying anomalies in pricing and execution
  • Working hand to hand with risk monitoring team to respond to urgent requests in a timely manner  
  • Providing expert knowledge support to colleagues
