The Market making operations Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A key part of Market making operation activities is development of trading platforms and internal services, making sure trading platforms is a state of art. In order to do it MMO grows internal expertise in Business analysis. 


What are we looking for:


  • Bachelor or higher degree in business or technology field
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis
  • Experience in financial industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Advanced communication skills including verbal, written (including technical writing), visual presentations and documentation management
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management 
  • Experience working in matrix environment, experience leading teams is an advantage
  • Adaptability to change
  • Problem solving skills
  • Change Management skills
  • Fluent English


What you will be doing:


  • Leading all MMO initiatives, collecting & analysing business needs
  • Creating requirement documents (by types): Vision (High-level solution proposal), BR, SR, Use Cases, Test scenario, Test Cases
  • Creating (if necessary) diagrams in BPMN or UML notations
  • Confirming documents with business and providing relevant information to development teams
  • Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production
  • Closely monitoring business parameters of the trading platform, defining weak places and make sure it’s fixed
  • Taking a part in a future MMO state planning and development
